Refund Policy

At BharosaMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate or personal care items (e.g., nasal strips that have been opened/used).
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@bharosamart.com with your order number.
  • Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please mention this when contacting us.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
