- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Intimate or personal care items (e.g., nasal strips that have been opened/used).
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout.
3. Return Process

- Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please mention this when contacting us.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
