• All orders placed on Bharosa Mart are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on your location, courier partner, and shipping address. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.
  

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
• You can use this to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delays

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

7. International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within India.
• International shipping will be introduced in the future and updated here.
